In-person notarization is available in New York by appointment, with service in English or Russian.
Before the appointment
- Bring an acceptable, unexpired form of identification.
- Bring the complete document and all pages that belong to it.
- Do not sign in advance when your signature must be witnessed.
- Confirm whether additional signers or witnesses must attend.
Travel and location
Appointment location, travel availability, and any additional service or travel fee are confirmed before booking.
The notary cannot choose a document for you, prepare legal documents, or advise you about the legal or immigration consequences of signing.
