More about sending documents
Do not attach identification, immigration records, medical records, financial information, or a document you want notarized to ordinary email or the public contact channel. For electronic notarization, upload documents and ID only in Notary Hub. If I ask you to send an advance copy or supporting material for another appointment, use Secure Document Upload. For a mobile appointment, bring the complete paper document even if you uploaded a copy; Square does not need the document.
Helpful details to include
- your name and preferred language;
- whether you prefer online or mobile service;
- the general type of document, without confidential details;
- where you and any other signers will be located; and
- your preferred date and time.

For apostille processing, contact me directly or send a preliminary copy through Secure Document Upload. Tell me the document type, issuing state or agency, destination country, and deadline. I explain the submission route and confirm the cost and delivery arrangements before work begins. Please wait for instructions before mailing originals. The online notary booking options do not reserve apostille service.
