Use this encrypted form when I have asked you to send documents or supporting materials directly to Crawford Notary, or to request a preliminary review for apostille processing. For apostille requests, include the issuing state or agency, destination country, recipient’s instructions, and deadline in the message. Do not send documents or identification by ordinary email.
Before you upload
- Send only documents you are authorized to share.
- Upload a clear, complete copy. PDF is preferred when available.
- Do not upload identification unless I have specifically requested it.
- Do not sign in advance when the signature must be made in the notary’s presence.
- You may upload up to 20 files with a combined size of no more than 200 MB.

How the secure upload works
- Your files, original filenames, and the contact details entered above are encrypted in your browser before they leave your device.
- AWS temporarily stores the encrypted package. The stored copy is not readable without the private owner key.
- I open the package with that private key in my browser. The encrypted cloud copy is deleted after download begins and, if it is not retrieved sooner, is scheduled for automatic deletion within 72 hours.
Keep your browser open until the form confirms that the upload is complete. If you do not see the success message, do not assume the files were received; try again or contact me without attaching the documents to ordinary email.
What happens next
I receive a notification that an encrypted submission is ready. I review the materials for appointment preparation or the requested apostille route and contact you if anything else is needed. Uploading documents is separate from scheduling: use the booking page if you still need a notarial appointment. For apostilles, I confirm the route, cost, required physical documents, and delivery arrangements directly; an upload does not place an order or reserve rush service. Wait for mailing instructions before sending originals.
Document review does not include legal advice, selection or preparation of forms, or a promise that a document can be notarized or accepted by its recipient. Whether the requested act can be completed is determined during the appointment after all applicable identity, document, communication, and legal requirements are checked.
For details about handling personal information and using the site, read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Important: I provide notarial services, not legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice. I do not choose or prepare documents or select a notarial certificate for you.
