The table below shows the standard price for each service and how it changes between an electronic appointment, a paper appointment at your Manhattan location, and Free Community Notary. Notary Hub collects payment for electronic notarization. Square collects the $50 mobile fee when you book; fees for completed paper notarial acts are paid separately after the session.

How the table works
Electronic-notarization prices are charged per electronic notarial act, not per document or page. Notary Hub handles payment and identity verification; there is no separate Crawford Notary technology surcharge.
For a paper appointment, Square charges the $50 mobile fee when you book. After the completed acts, their separate statutory fees may be paid by contactless card through Square or in cash. The first 15 minutes of waiting is included. Additional waiting caused by lack of access or readiness is $15 per additional 15 minutes when disclosed in advance. Approved parking, tolls, mail, or courier service is billed only at actual cost.
Cancel or reschedule at least three hours before a mobile appointment for a full refund of the mobile fee. After that cutoff, the fee is not refunded when the visit cannot take place because of a late cancellation, no-show, unavailable signer or witness, lack of access, or another client-side issue. No notarial fee is charged for an act that was not performed.
Every Crawford Notary service offered through Free Community Notary is free. The only possible payment is the actual third-party cost of mail or courier delivery requested by the participant.
