I offer two ways to meet: electronic notarization through Notary Hub or a mobile paper appointment booked through Square at your location in Manhattan. Either way, you’ll deal with me directly, in English or Russian.
The two booking systems have different jobs. Notary Hub handles electronic documents, identity verification, scheduling, and payment for electronic notarization. Square reserves a Manhattan visit and collects the separate $50 mobile fee; statutory fees for completed paper notarial acts are paid after the session.
Electronic notarization
Meet by secure live video and sign electronically. I must be physically located in New York during the act, but the signer can usually be elsewhere in the United States. Some signers outside the country may also qualify when New York’s required U.S. connection is present.
Online service can be convenient when people are in different places or travel is difficult. It is not right for every document. Ask the receiving organization whether it accepts a New York electronic notarization and the completed electronic PDF.

Mobile service in Manhattan
For a traditional paper notarization, I come to an agreed location in Manhattan—a home, office, hotel, hospital, rehabilitation center, or another suitable place where access is allowed.
This is an appointment-only mobile service. There is no public walk-in office. Your quote will show the statutory notarial fee and the separate mobile fee on different lines.

Notarial acts are not interchangeable
An acknowledgment, jurat, oath, affirmation, and proof by a subscribing witness have different procedures. The document, its preparer, the receiving organization, or your attorney must tell you which act is required. I can explain the steps, but I cannot choose the legal effect for you.

Documents I often see
Appointments may involve affidavits, powers of attorney prepared by an authorized professional, parental-consent forms, travel letters, translator affidavits, business records, or other documents with suitable notarial wording. A document’s name alone does not determine whether I can notarize it.

What I do not offer
I do not prepare or correct documents, choose notarial certificates, provide legal or immigration advice, certify translations, issue certified copies, or process apostilles.
