Apostilles for U.S. documents
I help obtain apostilles for eligible U.S. documents to be used abroad. Mail-in service is available from any state. Rush Manhattan processing may be available after document and route review.
Power of attorney for use abroad
Sell property, transfer a vehicle, or handle other matters through a representative in another country. Your professional there prepares the document; I notarize your signature in Manhattan and arrange an apostille for an eligible document.

Notary services at no cost to our community
Crawford Notary waives its own fees when the requested notarial act or document is connected with immigration, asylum, refugee resettlement, naturalization, or citizenship—regardless of the participant’s citizenship or immigration status—or when financial hardship would make those fees a barrier. No proof of income, citizenship, or immigration status is required.
Qualifying participants can also receive apostille assistance without a fee for my work. Government fees and actual postage remain payable and are agreed in advance.
