The quickest way to reserve notary service is to choose and book the appropriate appointment online.
For a short, general question about electronic notarization or a mobile appointment in Manhattan, email sergei@crawfordnotary.com or send a text message. You may also call (646) 450-0504. Messages are preferred, and I reply personally in English or Russian.
Do not attach identification, immigration records, medical records, financial information, or a document you want notarized. For electronic notarization, upload documents and ID only in Notary Hub. For a mobile appointment, bring the complete paper document with you; Square does not need a copy.
Helpful details to include
- your name and preferred language;
- whether you prefer online or mobile service;
- the general type of document, without confidential details;
- where you and any other signers will be located; and
- your preferred date and time.
Calls are accepted from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time. If I do not answer, please leave a voicemail or send a text message. There is no public walk-in office.
